This was the opening greeting I got from those no talent ass clowns at Optus. Here's my response. I was so annoyed I didn't proof it properly before I sent it.
Do I expect feedback on this feedback? No I do not.

ReplyDeleteI never got a response from Virgin when I sent them my mobile 'gripe' a couple of months ago. But then again, I'm stuck on a contract for quite a while yet. You're not- you're free to blow them off! Have fun doing it... I feel pretty certain that no matter who you go with they can't be worse than Optus.
Darn straight. Well be checking it out this weekend.
