Like when your shirt rides up when you're sitting down and the person opposite you can see you muffin topping over your pants, with your pallid fatty bulge bloating out from under your hem and they are forced to ask you to pull your shirt down.
I hate being fat.

That made me feel sad that you hate being fat - and the person opposite you was not *forced* to ask you to pull your shirt down, they could have looked at the top of you instead of the middle, and I reckon it was pretty rude of them to ask you.
ReplyDeleteIf you want to talk about diet though, I used to be considerably plumper than I am now, and lost weight and kept it off (for some years now) not by "going on a diet" but by changing the basis of my diet and what I eat - and you don't have to restrict the amount you eat at all. Happy to talk with you by e-mail if you're interested - drop me a line on my blog :-)
I can actually see why you say you hate being fat - it's not a whole lot of fun feeling ungainly and lethargic and unattractive.
